If the construction is of a small number of houses, then the panels, the doors, the cabinets, and the kitchen, everything will be sent from our factory in China, and if the quantity is large, then South West International will set up a factory in the country that our company has signed a contract with. SOUTH WEST building system is light weight panels which provide permanent formwork to reinforced concrete columns for column and beam construction of buildings.
The columns are produced by reinforcing and concrete filling vertical cores in the SOUTH WEST panels.
For Single Story Houses where there are little vertical forces, the structure need be designed for racking forces only. For this the columns are spaced apart in the
external walls and a bond beam built into the panels across the top of the walls. The SOUTH WEST panels serve as the walls between the columns and the bond beams also serve as anchorage. For Multi-Level Construction the system is also designed as column and beam. The columns are produced by reinforcing and concreting all cores in the SOUTH WEST panels give continuous rows of columns, which are connected to concrete slabs. The columns carry the vertical loads and resist the racking forces in flexure. The concrete slabs serve the same purpose as beams. The SOUTH WEST panels infill between the columns and together serves the purpose of walls.

While SOUTH WEST panels are suitable for use in all buildings for single, double story, multi-level and other buildings.
A. Foundation and floors has sufficient strength and stiffness to provide a rigid support to the columns.
B. Roofs and floor have adequate stiffness to distribute the racking forces to the bracing walls. Otherwise roof cross bracing needs to be used.
C. The roof is anchored into the bond-beam, with connections designed to resist uplift and lateral forces.
D. Starter bars extending from the floors provide anchorage for the columns.
E. The columns are all connected into a slab at the top or have with a bond-beam built into the SOUTH WEST Panel.
F. Concrete columns are reinforced to provide the racking strength to resist wind pressure on the building by acting as restrained vertical beams spanning between
floors and between a floor and roof. The vertical reinforcement also provides tie down to the roof to resist uplift.
G. A column is located at the end of all walls and at the edge of all openings.
H. Concrete floors are designed to carry floor loads over openings in lower stories and lintels in combination with bond beams over openings provide vertical strength to carry roof loads.
